Appointments and cancellations

Dear client, to schedule a treatment at the Kristine Lux Dermopigmentation Center, we require a 30% deposit to make the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Only with this deposit will your appointment be confirmed in our calendar. You can always request a refund, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Any type of cancellation or CHANGE must be made at least 48 hours before your treatment.

If this is not respected, as a result of compensating the professional’s time, we will have the right to collect your deposit, and a new appointment will require a new deposit.

Before your treatment

– For your first visit to our studio, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for registration and initial consultation.

– For return visits to our studio, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

– Please silence your phone during your treatment. Talking during the service may be difficult for your precision-driven practitioner. Feel free to relax and take a nap.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, they are a time reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully request at least 48 business hours notice for cancellations. As the service is specially reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 48 business hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new appointment will require a new deposit of €20.

“No-show” will be charged 100% of the value of the service booked.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the result. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late will likely be rescheduled and will be charged the full value of the service. This is treated as a No-Show. We need to accommodate other people whose appointment follows yours.

The Cancellation Policy allows us to provide the highest quality of service to each of our clients. We appreciate your business, so we want to provide you with the best service possible for your scheduled appointment. First-class customer service is what we strive for every day!

Age Restrictions

Our minimum age requirement for services is 18 years old. 16 and under may also receive services with a parent/guardian.

Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change. All product purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds.

Text/Email Confirmation

As a courtesy, we will send you a text/email reminder of your appointment the day before, around noon. You will receive multiple alerts to keep you informed and ensure you remember your scheduled appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid delays, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.
